Actions

These are the various actions of the app. These actions can be used by any automation on any board.

Assign User or Team using template

This action enables you to run your automation using the saved template.
For example, when an item is created, then assign to person column using this template.

The person column is the column where the app will assign the selected users/teams saved in the template.

Timed assign user or teams

This action enables you to run your actions in a timed manner. When the specified time (in minutes) elapses, the second selected template runs and assigned user could be replaced by another user.

Here are the parts of the timed assign user or teams:

1. Person column – Person column to be used in the automation
2. This template – The initial template that will run when the trigger starts. In the image above, the trigger is “When an item is created”
3. Time – Time in minutes, after which to run the second template. Maximum 43200 minutes (30 days).
4. Status – Status column to use for the operation
5. Condition – is or is not option
6. Status value – Title of the status label to be used. To specify an empty status label, enter an empty space or this keyword {{empty}} (“empty” in two curly brackets).
7. Template – The second template to run if the specified condition is met.
   Templates in “2” and “7” can be the same.
