The Round Robin Pro app is a monday.com app that enables you to automatically assign users to items (tasks, deals, etc) using two distribution models namely, Round Robin and Percentage. It does this through the use of templates.
When a template is created, it can be added to any board using monday.com native automations.
Additionally, for each user, you can set their working hours, availability, timezones and absent status to allow for flexibility on when or not a user can be assigned to an item.
Lastly, admins can set who can access and therefore modify the “Templates” and “Users” pages.
